What We Believe

We are a non-denominational, Bible-based church that emphasizes the practical application of God's Word.

• The Bible: We believe the Holy Bible is God-inspired, infallible, and the supreme standard for all human conduct.

• The Gospel: We believe God sent His Son, Jesus, to restore our relationship with Him through His death and resurrection.

• Salvation: Salvation is a gift of grace received through personal faith in Jesus Christ and repentance of sin.

• The Holy Spirit: We believe the Holy Spirit empowers believers to live a godly life and carry on the work of Jesus today.

Our History

The story of Better Life Church began in 2004 with a vision to see God move in our community. Since then, we have grown into "one church in several locations"—with physical campuses in Dallas, Liberia and Sierra Leone, as well as a global online community. Over the years, we have seen many people start their journey with Jesus, and we remain relentlessly hopeful for the future.
